Florida couple sentenced to prison in deadly python case
Tue Jul 12, 2011
The worst part of this whole story: "But Hare told deputies that the snake had escaped from the tank and laundry bag 10 times in the previous two months, and she was planning to make a locking lid for the tank." Are you stupid? That's YOUR child.

I'm surprised nothing from the King's Quest Series made it. Also, and still one of my favorite games, Chrono Trigger should be on there.

U.S. plans to inject $53 billion into passenger rail
Tue Feb 8, 2011
I think this is a waste of money. Most people live in scattered suburban developments, where having access to high speed rail is neither practical nor necessary. May make sense in routes between major metropolitan areas.
Bombing opens vein of Christian anger in Egypt
Mon Jan 3, 2011
In a way, I am glad that this problem is now getting some of the attention it deserved years ago, though a lot of innocent blood has been spilt to get to this point. Those of you who criticize Copts for not living up to Christ's example, shame on all of you.
